By using the services of Texas After Hours Notary, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
PAYMENT POLICY
Payment is due in full prior to the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, and other approved electronic payment methods.
All fees paid for completed services are non-refundable. Services that have begun, including research, scheduling, travel, document review, processing, translation, apostille preparation, remote online notarization setup, or document preparation, are considered earned and may not be refunded.
MOBILE NOTARY SERVICES
Travel fees, after-hours fees, and wait-time fees may apply. If a signer is unavailable, lacks acceptable identification, refuses to sign, or is otherwise unable to complete the appointment, travel and service fees may still be charged.
REMOTE ONLINE NOTARIZATION (RON)
The client is solely responsible for confirming whether the receiving agency, institution, court, employer, foreign country, or other recipient will accept a Remote Online Notarization.
Texas After Hours Notary makes no representations or guarantees regarding the acceptance of any notarized document by any third party.
No refunds shall be issued due to rejection of a Remote Online Notarization by a receiving agency or recipient.
The client is responsible for providing valid identification, internet access, compatible technology, and meeting all identity verification requirements established by the remote notarization platform.
APOSTILLE AND AUTHENTICATION SERVICES
Government processing times, Secretary of State processing times, U.S. Department of State processing times, embassy processing times, and courier delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Texas After Hours Notary is not responsible for delays, rejections, or additional requirements imposed by any government agency, embassy, consulate, or receiving authority.
DOCUMENT ACCEPTANCE
Texas After Hours Notary is not responsible for any document being rejected by a court, government agency, employer, bank, title company, foreign country, educational institution, or any other recipient.
Acceptance of documents is determined solely by the receiving entity.
NO LEGAL ADVICE
Texas After Hours Notary is not a law firm. We are not attorneys licensed to practice law in Texas and may not provide legal advice or accept fees for legal advice.
Any information provided is for general informational purposes only and should not be construed as legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is created by the use of our services or website.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Texas After Hours Notary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
By using our services, you acknowledge that our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.
